The ability to coach must be very closely aligned with competency and capability. With this in mind, this course looks at current levels of competency and capability and how this fits in with organisational objectives.
Different coaching styles will be identified along with ways to engage the coach.
Coaching clarity in terms of agreed consensus focus, measurement opportunities and time scales will be reviewed.
There will be an introduction to several coaching methodologies such as three chair physical displacement, visualisation questioning and recording, open coaching, third party inquisition and GOAL/OSCAR objectives.
